- I suggest downloading PortInfo from our home page at
- http://comminfo.com. PortInfo is a diagnostic program designed
- specicially to sort out port setup problems and to detect modems.

- IRQ settings on the modem are typically controlled by jumpers or
- switches - but the first step is to determine what ports you have and
- what IRQs are being used. Then you can set the jumpers to an available
- port and IRQ.
